In addition to the myKTG customer portal, the myKTG app is a mobile application with current information and functions relating to your drum management. The data is exchanged between the app and the customer portal, so that current data can be accessed at any time thanks to the synchronization. As a registered user, you benefit from the following advantages:Intuitive menu navigationCurrent information on spools in stock:- Display of coil master data- Display of the reel status (e.g. delivery date, rental time, delivery note number, etc.)- Display of winding material / cable type on the respective reel- Display of delivery length and current remaining length of the respective coil- Display of current projects including assigned spools in stockFunctions of the myKTG app:- Execution of a vacancy report:In order to guarantee a smooth collection, all necessary data are requested. This entry only has to be made once, regardless of whether one or more coils are reported free.- Current display of remaining lengths by booking cable consumption including usage date- Update and documentation of coil locations:By scanning the reel number, you always have an up-to-date overview of the whereabouts of your drums in the customer portal- Reel management according to projects (e.g. assignment of reels to defined projects immediately upon receipt of goods)In principle, the reel number can be scanned by activating the use of the camera, so that all functions of the app are available. Alternatively, the app can also be used by manually entering the coil number.
